Our Refund Policy: No returns or exchanges accepted!
All items we ship to you are brand new and will be sent in the packaging provided by the manufacturer. Due to the private nature of the products we sell, our refund and return policy is strictly limited. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests unless the item has a manufacturer’s defect.
Why we don’t accept returns:
Due to the intimate nature of our products (e.g., if you choose a dildo that is too large for your body, or a vibrator that is too strong), we cannot offer a satisfaction guarantee. Therefore, it is important that you fully understand the specifications and features of the product before purchasing to ensure that you are purchasing the right product for your needs. Return conditions for merchandise:

We do not accept returns of any opened or used merchandise for health and safety reasons, especially adult toys, lingerie, swimwear, and other merchandise must be in their original unopened condition.

The packaging and labeling of the item must be intact and without any signs of use.

If you are not satisfied with the merchandise and believe there is a quality problem, please follow the steps below.
Dealing with Defective Products:
If your item has a manufacturer’s defect, you may contact us for a return request. Please note that only authorized returns will be processed, unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Defective Product Warranty Guide:

CONFIRMING IF IT IS A DEFECTIVE ISSUE: We recommend that you first troubleshoot if there is an issue with usage or setup. Please make sure your product has been charged/installed with a fresh battery and is set up and used correctly according to the instructions.

Reporting a Defect: If your item does not work properly when confirmed correctly, you will need to provide a video or photo of the defective issue as proof.

Return Authorization: If the defective product meets our return conditions, you will receive a return authorization statement and ship the item back to our warehouse. The return address will be provided during the authorization process.
Return and Exchange Process:

Once you have been emailed a Return Authorization Statement, please follow the instructions to send the item back in secure packaging. Be sure to affix the return label to the package and cover the original shipping label.

NOTE: We do not provide return labels unless it is our error and return shipping will be at your expense.
Refunds on Returns:

Approved returns will be processed after we receive the item. Refunds are usually returned to the original method of payment and take 5-10 business days to process (excluding weekends and holidays). The exact arrival time may be affected by your bank or payment service provider.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to place a new order.
Categories of merchandise for which returns are not accepted:

ADULT TOYS: Unless there is a manufacturer’s defect, any item whose packaging has been opened or tampered with will not be returned.

Lingerie, swimwear: must be in original unopened condition with tags intact.

Lubricants, toy cleaners, etc.: must be in their original unopened condition with packaging intact.

Supplements: must be in their original unopened condition with no signs of tampering.
Regarding shipping costs:

We do not refund shipping costs for returned items unless the return is due to our error.
